Disclosures
Last updated: July 2026
Agentics LLC operates as strategic intelligence infrastructure. These disclosures clarify trust, system behavior, and responsibility — without compliance theater or speculative claims. They serve as the privacy policy for all Agentics LLC websites and systems.
1. Privacy & Data Use
Agentics LLC collects only what its systems require to function, secure, and evolve.
What we collect
- Information you voluntarily submit (e.g., briefings, forms, communications)
- Conversations with SIA™ or any Agentics AiGent™, by voice or by web (Section 3)
- Limited technical and interaction data required for system integrity, reliability, and security
We do not collect data for resale, behavioral advertising, or third-party profiling. If that ever changes, these disclosures change first — before the practice does, not after.
Website analytics
We use an analytics platform to understand how our sites are used and how visitors reach us. This includes traffic statistics (pages viewed, referral source, device type), a persistent identifier that lets us recognize a returning visitor across separate visits, and, across our site, recordings of on-screen interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) to understand usability and improve the site.
Text entered into form fields is masked and is not captured in these recordings. This identifier is not linked to your name or contact information unless you separately submit a form.
How information is used
Information is used solely to:
- Deliver requested briefings, responses, or services
- Send communications you have explicitly consented to receive
- Improve system performance and reliability
- Maintain operational, legal, and security standards
Data sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data.
Information is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate Agentics systems, under confidentiality and security obligations.
Data is retained only as long as required for its operational purpose or legal compliance. Conversation files held by SIA™ follow the retention terms in Section 3. Messaging consent records, where they exist, are retained for a minimum of four years.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@agentics.one — or, for your SIA™ conversation file, access@agentics.one. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
Children
Agentics systems are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Scope
These disclosures apply to users accessing Agentics systems from the United States, under U.S. law including the California Consumer Privacy Act where applicable.
Security
Agentics applies commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access or misuse.
2. AI Interaction, Autonomy & Data Minimization
Some Agentics systems use AI-enabled components to interpret inputs and generate structured responses.
AI use
AI-enabled systems may be used to:
- Interpret submitted information
- Generate contextual responses or briefings
- Support strategic intelligence workflows
AI-mediated outputs are informational and contextual. They are not guarantees of outcome, performance, or authority.
Autonomy and control
Agentics deploys autonomous AiGents within explicitly defined architectural boundaries, governance rules, and human-defined objectives.
AiGents operate with execution autonomy, not independent intent. All systems remain subject to constraint, monitoring, and human oversight.
Data minimization
Agentics systems are architected to:
- Collect the minimum information required for function
- Avoid persistent personal profiling
- Prevent unnecessary retention of identifiable data
User-submitted information is not used to train public AI models or feed external intelligence networks.
Where third-party AI services are used, processing occurs under contractual and technical controls aligned with confidentiality and security obligations.
3. Conversations with SIA™
SIA™, the Agentics Intelligence Officer, keeps a file. Not a transcript that vanishes at hang-up — a working record, so the next conversation with you starts where the last one left off. That is the entire point of her, and it only works if you know it’s happening.
What’s recorded
Every conversation with SIA™ — by voice or by web — is recorded and transcribed. The recording, transcript, and any summary derived from it are stored against your file. She tells you this before you begin, and starting a conversation after that disclosure is your agreement to it.
What isn’t
SIA™ does not identify you by the sound of your voice. There is no voiceprint, no speaker recognition, no biometric matching running underneath the conversation — recognition works from what you tell her, not from your voice itself.
How long it’s kept
Your file is retained until you ask for it to be deleted, and reviewed annually for continued relevance. Deletion removes your file — the recording, transcript, summary, and every entry in it. What remains is the minimal record proving your consent and your deletion were honored — and nothing that identifies you. We don’t attempt to reconstruct or re-identify what’s gone.
Your file, on request
Write to access@agentics.one to review or delete what SIA™ holds on you.
The full Recording & Privacy Notice is also published at the point of conversation and governs alongside these disclosures.
These terms govern every conversational Agentics AiGent™ operating on our properties — by voice, chat, or video, whatever name it carries. SIA™ is the officer you’ll usually meet. Agentics AiGents™ built for clients operate under those clients’ own published terms.
4. Communication Channels
Agentics delivers intelligence through web-based systems — and through SIA™, who takes conversations by voice and by web under the terms in Section 3. Participation is explicit and consent-based.
Certain Agentics offerings may, in the future, include messaging-based channels delivered through compliant third-party communication platforms. Where such channels activate:
- Participation will be explicit and opt-in — consent will never be a condition of any purchase
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance; message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply
- Channel-specific disclosures and terms will apply, and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
Agentics does not initiate unsolicited communications.
5. Terms of Use & Responsibility
By accessing or using Agentics LLC websites, systems, or briefings, you agree to the following.

Agentics provides strategic intelligence infrastructure and informational materials.
Nothing constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly stated in a written agreement executed by Agentics LLC.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its systems.
Governing law
These disclosures are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these disclosures
When our practices materially change, these disclosures change first, with the date above updated and notice given as the change warrants. Continued use of Agentics systems following an update constitutes acceptance.
